Welcome to Force Gymnastics Training Facility in Lehigh Valley, PA
Force provides quality, compassionate instruction for students of all ages and abilities in Women's Junior Olympic competitive gymnastics teams, as well as Women's Xcel Gymnastics. We also offer recreational gymnastics and tumbling programs. We have a pre-school gym area specially sized and designed with equipment to meet the specific needs of our youngest students offering them a safe and fun environment with equipment scaled especially for them.
Force Gymnastics provides a first-class facility for all programs. The list below outlines some of the equipment and resources available. Our Cheerleading floor is available for squad rental.

Mission Statement
To build self-confidence, educate and enlighten students through creativity, discipline and to raise the child's appreciation for the importance of physical activity. It is our desire to motivate youth with a spirit to succeed in life and sports. We want to be a center that will provide positive and diverse gymnastics services for children in a safe and rewarding atmosphere through the delivery of quality programs.
